Choose what to delete

Scanner data only: request removal of your Scanner device connections, session credentials and associated Scanner records that we can identify. Your shared Gridinsoft account and access to other Gridinsoft products remain.

Entire Gridinsoft account: request removal of your member profile, authentication data and associated device connections. This can affect access to other Gridinsoft products. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription or change a purchase; contact support if you also need help with those.

Send your request

1. Email support@gridinsoft.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject Trojan Scanner account or data deletion. State whether you want Scanner data only or your entire Gridinsoft account deleted.
3. Our support team will verify ownership and confirm the scope before processing the request. Never send your password.

If you never signed in, tell support that you used the scanner without an account. Scan telemetry is separate from member data, so we may need additional non-secret details to identify the relevant records. We will explain what can be identified and removed.

Response and deletion times

We acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 business days. After we verify ownership and the scope of your request, we delete eligible data from our live systems within 30 calendar days. We confirm completion and explain any data retained for a specific legal, billing or fraud-prevention obligation.

Data that may be retained

Records required for legal, billing, fraud prevention or documenting the deletion request may be retained for those purposes and the applicable retention period. Support will explain any applicable exception when handling your request. Removing an account cannot identify anonymous or unrelated records solely from your email address.

Signing out, disconnecting a device or uninstalling Trojan Scanner is not an account-deletion request.
